Jill’s ’24 Karat’ Carrot Cake Stout is a collaboration brew between Jill and Diana. Jill loves fun, experimental flavours and wanted to make a desserty winter beer. As a small batch (less than 40 litres!) we got to play around with some fun ideas on this one. Building on a rich chocolate stout foundation, we finished it with cinnamon, pecans, vanilla, and a bit of lactose for a creamy mouthfeel. A desserty treat for even those who don’t like dark beers.
