Name: Poptop Grapefruit IPA

6.8% alc./vol.

Origin: A reference to our friend Robyn’s beloved Volkswagen Synchro, a 4×4 version of the Vanagon, with the Westfalia camper roof that pops up to create more space for camping. His van is featured on the label.

Ingredients: 2-Row Barley, Pilsner, Crystal Malts; Super Galena, Amarillo, Citra, Ahtanum Hops; American Ale Yeast; Grapefruit Peel.

Description: This IPA leans more toward a West Coast IPA than a hazy with a balanced malt profile. This is not a fruity beer but grapefruit peels are added to complement the intense hop flavour with tropical fruit notes. Moderate bitterness and a clean finish.
